CBPR Core Toolkit

The Alaska INBRE CBPR Core Toolkit introduces users to a set of resources designed to support equitable and community-engaged research across Alaska. Developed in Summer 2025, in partnership with a Community Advisory Board, the toolkit helps CBPR researchers and community partners build strong collaborations through practical guidance, training, and proposal support.

The Alaska INBRE (IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence) program is intended to broaden the geographic distribution of National Institutes of Health (NIH) funding for biomedical and behavioral research.

The Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) Core is a part of Alaska INBRE and aims to promote equitable, inclusive, and sustainable research that positively impacts Alaska and the nation.
